Notification:
The student will notify the School on changes in writing to information provided in this enrolment such as addressand contact number. Withdrawal notification from a course must be received in writing to the Course ProgramManager. Please be aware of your census dates as withdrawal after census date will not waive module fees unlessspecial circumstances can be demonstrated. Deferments and Extensions: You may apply to the Student LiaisonOfficer or HoO for a deferment or extension of a course.Course materials,course notes and materials are not to be sold, loaned, copied or used in any way outside the pursuit of study of thecourse by the person enrolled unless permission is sought and granted in writing by the Director.
Student conduct:
Students are to follow the student code of conduct and the policies and procedures of the school as detailed in theStudent Handbook on our website.
Disciplinary Actions:
If a student does not follow the conditions of enrolment or is in breach of the student code of conduct, thendisciplinary actions may be taken.
Privacy:
Under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 Registered Training Organisations are required to collect and reportdata on nationally recognised training to be compliant with AVETMISS requirements. The information provided inthis enrolment will be included in data collections. The Department of State Development (DSD) collects therequired AVETMISS information for use by the Commonwealth Department of Industry. This information iscollected for the purpose of auditing participation and the monitoring and reporting of training outcomes. Theinformation you provide may be accessed and /or audited by officers of the Department of State Development(DSD) and by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) for the above purposes.
